What tasks can you expect?
- Collaborating with the local service team to plan and coordinate service schedules for the region including service calls, maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, commissioning, installations, demonstrations and training sessions
- Coordination with all regions for effective and cost-efficient scheduling
- Responsible for the daily scheduling and planning of all field service technical activities
- Follow up with customers prior to installations to ensure pre-installation requirements are met
- Occasional visits the clients’ premises are required for training or projects
- Escalates complex cases as per company procedures to Escalation Manager
Your Profile
- Successfully completed technical or commercial education
- Professional experience in technical service, customer service or in a coordinating function
- Strong organizational talent and high customer orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office as well as common ERP or CRM systems
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
