Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• A minimum of 3 years of Audit experience.
• Big 4 experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience supervising and motivating teams in a professional setting.
• A university degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Audit, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with colleagues across all levels.
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements.
• Fluent English proficiency is essential.

Your future role

As a Senior Consultant in our Audit & Assurance Department, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality audit engagements and driving team success.

Depending on your level of experience and expertise, your responsibilities may include:

• Leading and mentoring less experienced colleagues, fostering their growth and supporting their career journeys.
• Acting as a trusted advisor within client engagement teams and contributing to exceptional project delivery.
• Taking responsibility for a wide range of engagement tasks, including:

• Planning and preparation of audit activities.
• Conducting fieldwork and addressing project challenges with innovative solutions.
• Performing research on complex audit and accounting issues.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinating reviews and supporting all levels of engagement team interaction.
