Automation QA Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Automation QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.

About the role:

As a Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute automated test scripts for AI Voice Agent, Partner Assistant
• Monitor AI accuracy across staging and production, systematically reporting integration bugs
• Understand our systems and what we are trying to create
• Contribute to our release testing regression pack
• Target the level of testing needed for projects at different stages of developement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in QA Automation
• Experience writing and maintaining code in Java, whether automation or as a developer
• Experience with API testing
• Experience with testing IT support systems
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture testing
• Nice to have the experience with Kubernetes, Docker
• Excellent knowledge of different testing methods, techniques, types, and methodologies
• Experience in the creation or active maintenance of test documentation
• An understanding of different tools used for automation
• Experience with BDD, ATDD, or TDD approaches
• Experience with implementation of continuous integration processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience of working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban development environment
• Being comfortable with the unknowns

• Confident Intermediate English (or higher) is a must
