About the Role

As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll help AlayaCare strengthen the systems and processes that enable teams to support providers and improve outcomes for clients and families. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you’ll own the vision, architecture, and evolution of HubSpot and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other teams to simplify revenue processes, improve handoffs, and turn business needs into sustainable system solutions. This is a hands-on builder and advisor role, combining process redesign, workflow architecture, cross-functional problem-solving, and responsible AI-enabled automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the evolution of HubSpot and the broader go-to-market systems ecosystem.
  • Design maintainable system architecture that reduces operational overhead and technical debt.
  • Redesign revenue processes to simplify lead management, quoting, renewals, and team handoffs.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows.
  • Establish documentation and governance that support consistent adoption of process changes.
  • Advise cross-functional leaders while balancing immediate needs with long-term platform health.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled tools that reduce manual work and improve revenue operations.
  • Enable teams to adopt new systems, workflows, and process improvements.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related go-to-market operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or an equivalent customer relationship management platform.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing revenue processes and workflows.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional leaders.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and experience applying them to improve the quality, efficiency, or impact of your work.
  • Experience with marketing automation and business intelligence tools is an asset.
  • Experience with AI-enabled workflows or automation is an asset.

Location and Work Model

This role is based in Toronto. At AlayaCare, our hybrid model includes 2 set in-office collaboration days/week, and it is expected that team members are present in the office on those days to foster connection, innovation, and teamwork.
