Site Leader: Sterility Assurance (m/w/x)

Kernkompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Verantwortlich für die Pflege der Qualitätssicherungssysteme zur Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards und behördlichen Richtlinien
• Verwaltet GMP- und GQP-Systeme für die fristgerechte Freigabe von CSL-Produkten für komplexe Märkte
• Leitet und koordiniert komplexe Abweichungen, Rückrufe und die Meldung technischer Produktbeanstandungen und stellt sicher, dass erforderliche Abhilfemaßnahmen umgesetzt werden
• Unterstützt bei Bedarf die Vorbereitung, erfolgreiche Durchführung und Nachbereitung von behördlichen Inspektionen, Selbstinspektionen und Kundenaudits
• Stellt die korrekte Beantwortung von Anfragen der Behörden sicher und pflegt die Beziehungen zu den Behörden, um eine effiziente Produktfreigabe zu gewährleisten
• Erstellt und pflegt GXP-Schulungen sowie Qualitätsrichtlinien, SOPs und Arbeitsanweisungen für den Standort

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung:

• Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten wissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet (Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Biochemie); höherer Abschluss von Vorteil
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualität/GMP in der Pharma-/Biotech-Branche, davon 1–3 Jahre in Führungs- bzw. Teammanagement
• Erfahrung in einer globalen Matrixorganisation
• Nachgewiesene Erfolge im Projektmanagement und im Umgang mit Geschäfts- und Qualitätssicherungssystemen
• Kenntnisse der einschlägigen regulatorischen Anforderungen, einschließlich GMP/GQP
• Profunde Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von "EU GMP Annex 1: Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products"
• Erfahrungen mit Contamination Control Strategy und der damit verbundenen Sterility Assurance Roadmaps
• fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1 oder native speaker)
