About the Role
We are looking for a Microservices Developer to support the development and delivery of microservices for a new MSP solution.
Working closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams, you will build and maintain backend services following established architecture, coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines.
This is an opportunity for a developer looking to strengthen their experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, APIs, databases, and modern cloud-native development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and work with JSON-based data.
- Implement features following established architecture, coding standards, and development guidelines.
- Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases as part of microservice development.
- Support authentication and authorization implementations.
- Work with messaging and event-driven communication patterns.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability practices.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.
- Write unit tests and contribute to maintaining code quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Document development work and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Security:
