Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong consulting, technical leadership, and solution architecture capabilities to join our LATAM team.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise with the ability to lead implementation and support teams, acting as a technical reference for customers and delivery teams. The consultant should demonstrate deep knowledge of ITSM and ITOM, including ServiceNow Observability, as well as experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations across multiple modules.

This role requires close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and solution architecture
  • Configure and customize the full ServiceNow ITSM suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management modules
  • Implement and support ITOM capabilities with emphasis on Observability
  • Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
  • Design and enhance ServiceNow portals and digital experiences
  • Support CMDB governance, architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop workflows, automations, and process orchestration using Flow Designer and platform capabilities
  • Participate in presales activities, solution definition, effort estimation, and proposal support
  • Support Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of strong ServiceNow consulting and technical implementation experience
  • Proven experience leading technical implementation and support teams
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
  • Strong experience in:
    • ServiceNow platform development and scripting
    • ITSM implementation, configuration, and customization across all core modules
    • ITOM implementation and support
    • ServiceNow Observability
    • Integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
    • Portal/UI development
    • CMDB architecture, governance, and administration
    • Workflow and automation design

Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation Certification (highly desirable)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS-ITSM
  • CIS-Discovery
  • CIS-Service Mapping
  • CIS-Event Management
  • CIS-Data Foundations
  • CSM or other ServiceNow professional certifications

Preferred Skills

  • Technical leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong consulting mindset and customer-facing experience
  • Solution architecture and enterprise design experience
  • Exposure to Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities
  • Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in multicultural and distributed LATAM environments

Additional Requirements

  • Must be based in Chile or Colombia, or willing to relocate
  • Experience working in multinational delivery organizations
  • Advanced Spanish required
  • English proficiency strongly preferred
