We are looking for a Middle Scrum Master to join our Project Delivery team and help software development teams work efficiently, stay aligned with project goals, and continuously improve the way they deliver value.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development environments.
2+ years of experience leading or facilitating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, including Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.
Experience with Jira and project management tools such as Notion, Confluence, or Trello.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning through delivery.
Experience facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Strong skills in team facilitation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
Experience monitoring project metrics, risks, blockers, and deliverables.
Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work with Spanish- and English-speaking teams and stakeholders.
English level B2 or higher.
Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
