Operations Analyst

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage customer requests related to the intake, withdrawal, receipt, and preparation of goods, ensuring prompt and timely service.
2. Coordinate and monitor logistics operations in the WMS and PICIZ systems, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines.
3. Prepare and manage the documentation required for the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
4. Provide support and respond to customer requests, maintaining close communication and following up on each operation until its completion.
5. Monitor the progress of operations and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service experience.

Your Profile

• Education: Technical or applied science degree (or currently pursuing such a degree) in foreign trade, international relations, industrial engineering, logistics management, or related fields
• Training: Proficiency in SIZFRA/PICIZ; knowledge of WMS; knowledge of logistics processes; knowledge of customs and port procedures; proficiency in Excel.
• General Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics companies as a user of SIZFRA and inventory information systems
• Technical Skills: Ability to ensure that information entered into SIZFRA and WMS complies with customs regulations; excellent customer service.
