WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (10+) years of experience on Pharma.
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
  • Experience in:
    • Site Master Planning
    • Engineering Firm and Design Consultant Management
    • Site information gathering and infrastructure assessment
    • Capital Project Planning and Development
    • Capital cost estimating and budget development
    • Development of implementation strategies and project prioritization
    • Presentation of technical recommendations to site leadership
    • Capital Authorization Request (CAR) development, justification, and approval
    • Coordination with Engineering, Facilities, Utilities, Operations, Manufacturing, and other site stakeholders
    • Development of business cases and capital investment recommendations
    • Experience working within active pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Lead an Engineering firm in the development of a new site master plan.
  • Coordinate the gathering and evaluation of site information, including existing infrastructure, facilities, utilities, operational needs, and future requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional site stakeholders to identify current and future infrastructure needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate and present findings, recommendations, and potential development strategies to site leadership.
  • Develop preliminary capital estimates and evaluate potential implementation strategies.
  • Assess project priorities, alternatives, risks, and potential impacts to site operations.
  • Facilitate the development, justification, and approval of Capital Authorization Requests (CARs).
  • Develop and communicate business cases and capital investment recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Utilities, Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders throughout the planning process.
  • Support the development of a long-term implementation strategy aligned with site business and operational needs.
  • Maintain a strong presence at the site and collaborate directly with site teams and leadership.
