•Verify the condition of the tools needed by the team to achieve our tasks in the best conditions.

•Advocate of the spa while building and maintaining relationships with other department and suppliers

•Walkthroughs to ensure seamless operation and optimal guest experience.

•Proficient in using all computer systems relevant to my position.

•Analyze of problems solving, taking decisions, create and discuss process improvement.

•Participate to continually keep the Spas at the forefront of the industry.

Specific Tasks:

Ensures Spa Setups and facilities are ready for service.
Execute all Standards for Spa Facilities.

Opening and closing spa.
Maintained spa facilities and reported all technical issues in Hotsos.
Monitors product consumption.

Exhibit interest in creating a personalized and excellent Guest Experience.

Participate in training.
Perform side jobs to support the operation.
Participate in operational projects.
