Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid- to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.
As we continue to expand, with over 500 units already under management, we are looking to recruit a Maintenance & Guest Operations Specialist based in Limassol to join our high-performing Operations team.

- Conduct initial and exit inspections, including Matterport scans, and coordinate photoshoots
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs (lighting, electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning)
- Handle system inputs and prepare units for launch
- Assemble, move, and set up furniture and equipment
- Supervise cleaning, staging, and contractor works
- Collaborate closely with the Guest Relations team on maintenance issues, including on-site resolution when required
- Oversee warehouse-related tasks and inventory coordination
- Source, trial, and manage local contractors
- Facilitate apartment viewings and grant access to third parties (e.g. utility providers)
- Ensure electrical appliances and basic installations are in good working condition
- Provide apartment access to third parties (e.g. utility providers, guests, landlords)
- Keep track of tools, stock, and supplies in the warehouse
Requirements
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory or stock management is an advantage
- Proven experience in basic property maintenance or handyman work
- Ability to carry out simple electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks
- Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Reliable, respectful, and able to work well within a team
- Valid driver's license.
