Technical Sales Manager (Care & Industrial Chemicals)

Vidara, part of the globally recognized Ravago group, is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager for our Care & Industrial Chemicals division in Prague, Czechia. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our success by leveraging your expertise in the chemical industry.

OPPORTUNITY

• Technical and commercial support for customers and suppliers.
• Business development and product portfolio management.
• Sales and purchasing negotiations.
• Market analysis and sales strategy implementation.
• Inventory, CRM, and budget management.
• Management of customer and supplier payment issues.

BACKGROUND

• University degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or similar).
• Proven experience in technical sales and business development within the plastics, polymers or chemical industry.
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation and focus on achieving business objectives.
• Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driving license.
