Overall Purpose of job

Provide support to the Customer Ownership Experience department, working primarily in the spare parts division

Place in Organisation

This position reports to the Parts & Accessories Manager. The role involves close collaboration with other team members as well as with our dealers in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities

The following is a non exhaustive list of responsibilities for the role:

· Supporting the dealer network in the supply of replacement parts

· Resolving issues related to sourcing and verifying the availability of specific replacement parts

· Analyzing replacement part sales

· Improving customer satisfaction

· Handling replacement part requests directly from customers

· Communicating with suppliers

· Handling spare parts complaints

· Operating spare parts management systems

· General administrative support for the department

· Any additional ad hoc tasks as requested by Parts & Accessories Manager, or COX General Manager

· Managing spare parts claims, including validation of supporting documentation

· Ensuring correct implementation of pricing changes and data consistency across systems

· Providing basic technical support regarding part compatibility and discrepancies between catalogue and real parts

· Preparing invoices and credit note documentation, issuing invoices and credit notes in line with internal procedures, and executing

large-scale spare parts repricing activities.

Person Specification and Required Competencies:

· High school diploma

· At least one year of experience in a similar position

· Ability to work independently, excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism

· Customer focus, business acumen

· Ability to responsibly resolve problematic situations

· Technical knowledge, familiarity with automotive issues, interest in cars, proactive attitude

· Knowledge of advanced English

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and computer skills

· Willingness to work in an international environment

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Experience with invoicing processes and financial documentation
