Professional Business Manager CZ/SK (F/M)
Salary Range: 104 000 - 126 000 CZK gross monthly
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive demand, recommendations, and product usage for consumer and professional oral health products across key target segments, including dental offices.
- Build, strengthen, and manage strategic partnerships with practicing dental professionals, key influencers, and professional trade organizations.
- Manage pharma and professional product distributors, defining and executing the Route-to-Market (RTM) model across local markets.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and report local professional engagement activities, including digital channels, in alignment with Hub and Divisional commercial priorities.
- Managing field teams, onboarding of new team members, performance tracking, and capability development.
- Implement professional IMC resources and demand generation materials in collaboration with Hub Professional Marketing and CRM enablers.
- Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, and Pharmacy teams to coordinate synergistic public, trade, and consumer oral health initiatives.
- Track professional market environment and competitor activity, reporting strategic findings to the LOC GM and Hub leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Dentistry, or Life Sciences (MBA paired with strong commercial experience preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading field or commercial teams, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in professional marketing or sales within healthcare or trade sectors.
- Prior experience working with pharmaceutical or dental product distributors.
- Demonstrable people management skills with experience across both face-to-face and remote engagement models.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) for cross-functional and multinational collaboration.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital touchpoints; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: 104 000 - 126 000 CZK gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
