You'll make an impact by

• You support the CEO Communications team by monitoring Roland Busch's social media channels and helping to manage community interactions according to defined guidelines
• Building on this, you assist in adapting editorial content for different social media platforms, ensuring posts are prepared in the appropriate format
• Furthermore, you help collect and compile social media data and support the team in preparing reports and performance overviews
• To stay ahead, you support the team by researching social media trends, news, and platform updates and gathering information for internal use

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • You have a strong interest in social media marketing and keep up with the latest news and trends
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can engage effectively with online communities
  • You possess an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to inform your decisions
• Ways of Working: You are characterized by an open mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach
• Languages: You have very good English and German language skills
