What you will do

  • Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives across laboratory and business functions
  • Manage SharePoint-based knowledge platforms, including content creation, information architecture, and user engagement
  • Create training, communication, and onboarding content to support user enablement and knowledge sharing
  • Support data, documentation, testing, and rollout activities for digital solutions and business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate communication, feedback, and project-related activities

What you will need

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Management, or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in digitalization, knowledge management, business processes, and user enablement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Initial experience with content creation, video editing, SharePoint administration, or testing activities is a plus
