About this role

As a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) for AI, UX & Automation at Proglow / Nailscamp, you will drive the continuous evolution of our ecommerce platform, which is used by thousands of users daily. Combining modern technologies, a sharp eye for user needs, and innovative product ideas, your ultimate goal is to create customer experiences that are simple, transparent, and intelligent.

To achieve this, you will advance our automated customer communication and implement new product features alongside our tech team. You will identify automation potentials, develop AI-driven solutions, and optimize existing processes. Working in a state-of-the-art development environment, you will utilize the latest AI technologies and actively contribute to the ongoing growth of our digital ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

Drive Product Development: You will advance our digital platform and bring new features to life, from initial conception to final implementation, working closely with management and our tech team.

Leverage AI & LLMs: You will identify automation opportunities and use AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build innovative solutions for our products and internal processes.

Enhance User Experience (UX): You will analyze user behavior data, spot optimization potentials, and design highly intuitive UX/UI concepts.

Evaluate Trends: You will monitor the latest developments in AI, product management, and UX, translating these insights into actionable ideas for our roadmap.

Qualifikation

What You Bring

Academic Background: You have successfully completed your degree. More important than your specific major is your proven track record of analytical skills and high performance.

AI Proficiency: For you, ChatGPT is more than just a Google replacement. You actively use AI tools to generate ideas, solve problems, and elevate the quality and efficiency of your work.

Practical Experience: Initial experience in a digital environment is a major plus—e.g., through internships, working student roles, or up to 1.5 years of full-time experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or UX/UI.

Product Sense: You are passionate about digital products, possess a strong sense for intuitive UX/UI, and understand underlying technical dependencies.

Proactive Mindset: Whether it’s a semester abroad, a personal side project, or special volunteering—you have shown that you take ownership and drive topics forward independently.

Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for this role, while German language skills are a strong plus.
