With our first customers live and a growing team on the ground, we’re looking for a Partnerships Executive to build and lead our ERP ecosystem strategy.

You’ll join a 100+ person European team of diverse nationalities and backgrounds, united by a shared passion for transforming finance. You’ll also work alongside founders who spent over a decade in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan before building Embat.

💥What are we looking for?

As a Partnerships Executive DACH, you will work closely with the Partnerships manager to execute the strategy of growth in DACH.

💥What will you do?

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Understand our Ideal Partner Profile
  • Prospect and build relationships with potential partners
  • Nurture our partners pipeline by creating workflows and sales and partners material
  • Follow up on the opportunities in our CRM
  • Engage with our partners by communicating on our alliance and organizing joint events to increase our sales pipeline. Follow up with partners to make sure they get paid on time.

💥 What are we looking for?

  • 2 / 3 years experience in Sales/Partnerships. Experience in Saas/ Fintech/ Finance and in high growth startup environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot would be a plus)
  • Charm and engagement partners interactions (both verbal and written)
  • Hands on attitude - Capacity to execute and willingness to do what it takes to get things over the line
  • Strong organization skills and capabilities with managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Team-player: “We” is always before “I”
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
