Manager Payroll Service

1. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Manager Payroll Service to join our team in Germany. The role will be responsible for overseeing payroll-related processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and supporting employees and internal stakeholders with payroll-related matters.

   The position includes responsibility for coordinating payroll activities, ensuring compliance with German payroll regulations and internal policies, managing payroll-related queries, and working closely with external payroll providers and relevant internal departments.

   The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of German payroll processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information.

   Key responsibilities:

   • Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process in Germany.
   • Ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
   • Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
   • Support employees and managers with payroll-related questions.
   • Ensure compliance with German payroll, tax, and social security requirements.
   • Review payroll results and resolve discrepancies.
   • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records.
   • Support payroll-related reporting and audits.
   • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in German payroll and payroll administration.
• Good knowledge of German tax and social security regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
