Are you passionate about technical drawings and modular construction concepts? In ELA Container’s Facility Management department, you’ll create precise drawings, floor plans, and blueprints to support the planning and implementation of our buildings and facilities. In doing so, you’ll ensure compliance with regulations, system specifications, and quality standards.

Your tasks

• Preparation of technical drawings, plans, and sketches based on specifications and designs
• Use of CAD software to create and edit drawings
• Maintenance and management of drawings and documentation
• Coordination of floor plans and technical specifications with specialized departments
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards, module rules, and relevant standards

Your skills

• Training as a technical draftsman, technical systems planner, architectural draftsman (m/f/x), or equivalent
• Several years of experience in technical drafting, ideally in modular or industrial construction, as well as in project work
• Knowledge of CAD software, e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable programs; SAP experience is desirable
• Understanding of floor plan logic, measurement systems, and modular construction principles
• A structured and precise approach to work, with the ability to quickly create reliable floor plans based on specifications
• Very good written and spoken German skills
