What you’ll do?

  • Draft and review commercial agreements, including distribution, agency, services, procurement, NDAs, partnerships, marketing and consulting agreements, as well as cease & desist letters.
  • Provide IP support on matters related to trade secrets, designs and trademarks, coordinating when needed with external specialists and IP agencies.
  • Support the legal team in corporate & governance matters, including PoAs, corporate documentation, Group projects and coordination with external counsel.
  • Participate in cross-border projects and other legal matters affecting different companies and jurisdictions within the Group.
  • Gradually take ownership of legal matters as you develop your knowledge of the business and gain experience within the role.

What you’ll bring

  • Law degree and around 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an international law firm or multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience in commercial contracting and an interest in working in an international, multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Fluent English is essential; other languages are a plus.
  • Exposure to IP, data protection or tech law will be valued.
  • A business-oriented and results-driven mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on and organised approach.
  • Good command of productivity tools (MS Office).

What we offer (besides having fun while working hard)

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Attractive compensation aligned with experience.
  • Fringe benefits (meal vouchers/flexible compensation, wellbeing program, etc.).
  • An international role in a dynamic, multinational environment.
