As a Cook, you’re not just preparing high-quality meals in a designated kitchen, you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

• Prepare and cook food: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and brand standards to ensure high-quality meals are prepared consistently.
• Maintain food quality and presentation: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established quality and presentation standards.
• Support kitchen operations: Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and service to help ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle ingredients properly: Store, label, rotate, and use ingredients correctly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean, safe, and ready for service.
• Support inventory management: Assist with stock organization, deliveries, and reporting any shortages or quality concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the team: Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to deliver a great guest experience.
• Uphold health and safety standards: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
