As part of the OneTech Process Technical Line, you will work in an international and collaborative environment, supporting the Group's various business segments (EP, RC, GRP).

We currently have two Process Engineer opportunities available within our teams at two different locations, with the following specializations:

  • Refining Network Process Engineer at the Rogerville Research & Technology Center (TRTG), Normandy
  • Water Management Process Engineer at thePau Scientific & Technical Center, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Activities

As a Process Engineer within the OneTech Process Technical Line

You will be expected to:

  • Leverage your process engineering expertise to enhance the competitiveness of production sites by sharing best practices and delivering training sessions. You will contribute to knowledge development, preservation, dissemination, and lessons-learned capitalization. You will also conduct on-site technical reviews to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a technical reference in the field by providing hands-on support and operational insight. You will assist operating units with troubleshooting, process optimization, cost control, and safety improvements, as well as during maintenance shutdowns.
  • Contribute to development studies and industrial projects. You will produce the process engineering deliverables required for the design or modification of facilities and support the start-up of new installations.
  • Participate in technical evaluations within tendering processes conducted alongside centralized procurement teams (TGP) for the business segments.
  • Expand your professional network by participating in collaborative sessions bringing together production sites, OneTech specialists, and external partners, fostering knowledge sharing and collective intelligence.
  • Drive innovation by proposing solutions for development projects and energy efficiency initiatives, while actively contributing to Research & Technology (R&T) programs.
  • Support the Company's digital transformation by bringing your operational expertise to the development of innovative tools aimed at monitoring and optimizing plant performance.

Candidate Profile

You hold an Engineering degree (INSA, ENSIC, ENSIACET, IFPEN, or equivalent) or a Master's degree (MSc) in Process Engineering and have at least 3 years of successful operational experience in one or more of the following fields: Refining processes, Exploration & Production, Water treatment…

You are proficient in process simulation and calculation software, including: Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II, UniSim, HTRI.

You have a strong interest in Digital technologies and Data.

You possess a professional level of English (C1 level required).

You demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Adaptability and agility in an evolving international environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • The ability to work cross-functionally to support industrial performance

A valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.

Regular assignments at our various sites in France and internationally should be expected.
