Cover Team

What are we about?

The Cover Team is responsible for supporting and covering the Team Leader during day-to-day operational tasks and absence, other team members within the Bottling Hall, as and when required, and be willing and able to operate all machinery in the area.

What's the role about?

Working on the night shift Sunday to Thursday 10pm – 6am
The Cover Team will rotate within the area to ensure the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.
When not providing cover, the Cover Team will support for the team leader in all production operational tasks including H&S, CI projects, GMP, Food safety and ordering ingredients/packaging
The Cover Team will also be responsible for providing details of mechanical problems affecting performance, recording OEE and taking action to rectify issues as well as providing effective and ongoing communication within the Team, supervising and organising the team of Multi Skilled Operators effectively.

 Awareness and understanding of all CCP’s for the line
 High level of numeracy and literacy as well as working accurately in completing paperwork and in calculations.
 Good Communication skills – working collaboratively with Operatives and the Team Leader
