Ryan House Nursery in Nottingham, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery
At Ryan House Day Nursery children enjoy well-resourced playrooms designed to spark creativity and curiosity through play. A standout feature of the nursery is our indoor climbing frame, offering a fun and engaging way for children to develop their physical skills. We also provide healthy, balanced meals to support children’s growth and encourage positive eating habits from an early age.

Location
Ryan House Day Nursery is centrally located in West Bridgford on Loughborough Road, between Asda and Wilford Lane. Its convenient location makes it an ideal choice for families living or working in West Bridgford and the wider Nottingham area.

What will you be doing
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
