Data Analyst Project Intern (TikTok Shop - FMCG)

The FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) team focuses on identifying, incubating, and scaling FMCG brands on TikTok Shop. We collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and hands-on support, ensuring the vitality and growth of TikTok Shop as a leading e-commerce marketplace.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities：

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
• Help track and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Perform ad-hoc deep dives on business-related topics
• Support communication and coordination across cross-functional teams
• Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently in your penultimate year studying Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 or above.
• Proficiency in Excel ; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Python.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in E-commerce or FMCG industry
• Familiarity with e-commerce markets
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational initiatives and delivering measurable results
