Retail Planning Coordinator

How you support our team

  • Plan and manage product allocations for retail locations.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize store assortments using a dedicated planogram tool.
  • Analyze assortment performance and continuously improve planning strategies.
  • Develop allocation plans for newly opened retail stores.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Retail Operations, and Management teams to ensure efficient planning and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate traffic (footfall) counting projects across retail locations throughout Europe.
  • Organize and schedule traffic counting activities using external service providers and local field networks.
  • Conduct briefing sessions with field personnel before each counting shift to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide operational support throughout counting activities by answering questions and resolving issues in real time.
  • Monitor field teams during counting shifts to ensure coverage and adherence to project requirements.
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate traffic count results into standardized reporting templates.
  • Prepare and distribute reports to key stakeholders, including commercial information such as store size, monthly rent, and other relevant location characteristics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive documentation for retail planning and location analysis.

What sets you apart

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in retail planning, merchandising, operations, supply chain or business analytics is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.

Working Conditions:

Employment Type: Full-Time; 40 hours per week as mandated by law.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street 43a (On-Site)

Work Arrangement:

  • 4 days a week
  • 1 day remotely from home.

Travel:

The job may occasionally require temporary business travel to our headquarters in Germany.
