As an Accountant Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and accounting team. You will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Assist the finance and accounting team with daily operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for analysis.
- Support the team in preparing for audits and providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
