Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated junior professional or recent graduate to join our EMEA Early Careers Talent Acquisition team and support internship recruitment and program management activities across multiple countries within the EMEA region. This role is responsible for attracting, hiring, and supporting emerging talent throughout their internship journey, while partnering closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, people managers, and candidates to ensure an excellent hiring and intern experience.
The position will primarily support Early Careers hiring activities in Greece, Romania, Czechia, Hungary, and Turkey, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, internship program coordination, and intern-to-junior employee conversions. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic international environment and play a key role in delivering talent pipelines that support business growth and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited To)
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for internship and early-career opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs, coordinate recruitment processes, and support hiring decisions.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening calls, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead candidate communications, recruitment documentation, and hiring records, ensuring accurate data within recruitment systems and tools.
- Coordinate internship programs across assigned countries, supporting onboarding, engagement activities, key program achievements, and overall program administration.
- Act as a key point of contact for interns, hiring managers, HR teams, and other internal partners, providing guidance and support throughout the internship journey.
- Support intern performance review and conversion processes, facilitating the transition of successful interns into junior permanent roles.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on hiring progress, program status, and conversion activities.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and Early Careers programs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, recruitment processes, and local employment requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with digital workplace and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or early professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or People Operations.
- Experience supporting internship, graduate, student, or early-career programs.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, or recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing or candidate engagement platforms.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
- Interest in Early Careers recruitment, talent development, and candidate experience.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual gross salary for this full-time position (40 hours, 13 months) ranges from 24,100 to 25,000 EUR. The actual compensation offered will be based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
