Report: Snr Civil Engineer / Construction Manager
Understanding the construction plan of the project.
Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
Ensuring the raw materials used are as per specifications.
Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.
Managing daily activities on the site.
Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.
Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.
Diploma-holding and/or degree-holding engineers
Minimum five (5) years of construction-site experience, of which at least two (2) years must be on construction sites for natural gas pipeline projects or natural gas network projects or natural gas connections.
Strong organizational skills.
Professional knowledge of the English language
The candidate should be eligible to work in Greece and be fluent in the Greek language.
