We have an exciting opportunity to join Intrafor as Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Assist in procurement of and preparation of Sub-contracts and Work Orders;
- Valuation and payment of Sub-contracts, work orders, and labour-only supply contracts;
- Assisting in payments application process to Main Contractor’s / Clients on fixed-price, re-measurement, and target-cost type contracts;
- Submission of CIC/PCFB-related documents;
- Assisting in build-up for variation valuations and assist in maintenance of variation registers;
- Relevant ad-hoc activities related to the functioning of the QS departments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
