Senior Talent Management Executive

Responsibilities

Drive and support the planning and implementation of corporate graduate recruitment campaign including employer branding activities, end-to-end recruitment process, candidate engagement and onboarding
Support the assessment, career development and engagement of graduate trainees
Coordinate youth initiatives and other talent development initiatives
Manage talent platforms, dashboards and drive digital initiatives
Support other talent assessment and development programmes

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or a related discipline
A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in talent management, training and development, or related HR disciplines
Proactive and accountable, with the ability to manage work independently
Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Good digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions
Experience in delivering large-scale recruitment campaign or digital solutions would be advantages
