REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• No prior work experience required

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Welcomes, informs, and provides pool, beach, wellness, and fitness services to guests
• Checks and verifies visitor access permissions
• Controls inventory and ensures proper functioning of equipment, reporting malfunctions
• Keeps prescribed records of services, incidents, and events at the beach and pool areas
• Monitors consumption and informs the supervisor about ordering basic supplies, consumables, and other materials necessary for work
• Monitors order and cleanliness in assigned areas and takes measures to maintain required quality standards
• Knows and applies department SOP
• Knows and applies occupational safety measures
