Jr Ocean Freight Forwarder

What You Can Expect:

• Manage Ocean Freight shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely execution from booking to final delivery
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, transport providers and internal teams throughout the shipment process
• Prepare and manage transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Provide proactive customer updates and ensure a high level of customer service
• Monitor shipment milestones and quickly resolve delays, operational issues and exceptions
• Support claim handling and issue resolution when required
• Ensure accurate shipment and file information in our systems and support the invoicing and file-closing process
• Collaborate with Pricing, Booking and Sales teams to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience

What You Bring:

• Experience in ocean freight forwarding operations, preferably within FCL and/or LCL handling.
• Strong understanding of operational freight forwarding processes and shipment coordination.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in Croatian, English and another language
