REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• No prior work experience required

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Receives clean laundry, counts it and stores it for distribution
• Picks up dirty laundry, counts it, and sends it to the laundry
• Handles loading and unloading of laundry
• Participates in organizing and conducting periodic and annual laundry inventories
• Responsible for proper documentation and procedures for storage, control, and inventory of hotel laundry and consumables
• Knows and applies Housekeeping SOP
• Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
