REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school education
• Certified education for massages and treatments (e.g. classic, sports, aromatherapy, reflexology, Ayurveda, etc.)
• Additional certificates for wellness and spa treatments (e.g. facial and body cosmetic treatments, peeling, wraps, hydrotherapy)
• Previous experience in tourism in the same or similar positions is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, kindness and guest-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage (German, Italian, etc.)
• High level of personal neatness and professionalism

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Professionally performs various types of massages (classic, aromatherapy, sports, reflexology, hot stone massage, etc.)
• Applies body and facial treatments (peelings, wraps, anti-cellulite treatments, lymphatic drainage, etc.)
• Adapts treatments to individual guest needs and health condition
• Identifies guest needs and recommends the most suitable treatment
• Provides advice on skincare, relaxation and healthy habits
• Recommends cosmetics, oils or treatments suited to the guest
• Communicates discreetly and pleasantly, creating a sense of trust and safety
• Prepares the treatment room (music, lighting, scents, hygiene)
• Maintains cleanliness, aesthetics and sterility of the area according to the highest standards
• Properly uses and cleans equipment and tools
• Complies with all sanitary, hygiene and safety regulations
• Disinfects the area between guest treatments
• Communicates with reception regarding appointments and special guest requests
• Assists in organizing daily schedules and events (e.g. wellness days, couples packages)
• Actively participates in the promotion of wellness programs and packages
• Knows and applies department SOPs
• Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
