Who we are looking for

🚀 (Senior) AI Engineer

Ready to turn bold AI ideas into solutions that make a real impact?

You’ll work alongside Product Owners, data scientists, and architects to take generative AI and multi-agent solutions from early ideas to reliable enterprise products.

What you bring

• Strong Python or Java skills and solid software engineering knowledge.

• Experience with backend frameworks, microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment.

• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, automated development and deployment pipelines, and tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.

• Fluent English, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

✨ Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI or multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.

• Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP Business Technology Platform, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework, or Jira.

Your future role

• Design, build, and launch AI and generative AI solutions.

• Create scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows.

• Develop large-language-model and multi-agent products.

• Set up automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.

• Support and lead AI maintenance and operations for around 20–25% of your time.
