The Position

The Opportunity

Roche Hungary is redefining commercial leadership — and this newly elevated, full-time Squad Lead role sits at the center of that shift.

• Translate global therapeutic strategies into high-impact local plans, owning brand performance and portfolio growth.
• Line-manage Patient Journey Partners and Marketing Enablers, while leading Medical Affairs and Market Access partners through matrix leadership.
• Own financial strategy and budget management, allocating resources dynamically to maximize commercial and healthcare outcomes.
• Drive omnichannel customer engagement, using digital tools and applied AI to personalize patient and HCP journeys.
• Lead and coach with agility — clearing bottlenecks, decentralizing decisions, and developing talent.
• Ensure seamless integration across Field, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to champion cross-functional excellence.

Who You Are

An empowering, strategic leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is driven to transform healthcare outcomes.

• Commercial & Strategic Expertise: Proven track record in pharma commercialization and/or field engagement, leading strategy and execution at brand, portfolio, or country level. Hands-on experience with the Hungarian healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
• Financial Acumen: Direct experience owning a significant P&L, budget management, and operational forecasting.
• Empowering Leadership: Built high-performing teams in matrix environments — leading through trust and clarity, not hierarchy.
• Systems Thinking: Strong grasp of healthcare ecosystems, market access, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Communicator: Fluent in Hungarian and English, with a relevant university degree (Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or related).
• Digital & AI Mindset: Applies a digital-and-AI-first approach — using applied AI to sharpen decisions, personalize customer journeys, and free up team capacity.
