职位描述

1. 财务预算：参与预算编制、滚动预测与差异分析，协助整理管报/财报数据可视化展示，确保数据准确性，提升经营分析效率与质量。
2. 渠道财经：参与渠道返利发放、额度核对与返利审核，支持结算对账工作，保障结算口径与条款一致，推动结算流程规范合规。
3. 资金运营：支持区域资金运营及信用管理，涵盖资金状态监控、履约分析与信用风险预警，支持信用策略落地，优化资金周转与现金流指标。
4. 财税合规：配合年度法定审计、税务审计及外部监管审查，参与本地电子发票系统等财税信息化项目推进，提升合规运营效率。
5. 费用分析：协助多类型费用审核与流程优化，参与费用底稿准备及量化分析，为业务财务投入效果提供数据支持。
6. FP&A Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and in-depth variance analysis; assist in structuring and visualizing management reporting and financial data to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth of business performance review.
7. Channel Finance Participate in channel rebate calculation, credit limit reconciliation, and rebate approval workflows; support end-to-end settlement processes to ensure alignment with contractual terms and internal standards, driving compliance and operational rigor across channel finance activities.
8. Treasury Management Support regional treasury operations and credit risk management, encompassing cash position monitoring, payment performance analysis, and proactive credit risk early warning; assist in executing credit strategies to optimize working capital efficiency and strengthen cash flow metrics.
9. Tax & Compliance Collaborate on annual statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory examinations; contribute to the implementation of local e-invoicing systems and broader finance digitalization initiatives, enhancing compliance capabilities and operational efficiency.
10. Cost & Expense Analysis Support multi-category expense review and process improvement; assist in preparing expense working papers and conducting quantitative analyses to deliver data-driven insights on the effectiveness of business financial investments.

职位要求

1. 在读本科、硕士或以上学历，金融、会计、财务管理、经济学、理工科等相关专业背景；
2. 具备扎实的数据处理能力，熟练掌握MS Excel的函数及高级功能，有Python/SQL等数据工具使用经验更优；
3. 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的跨团队协作与沟通能力，能快速理解业务需求并形成结构化的分析输出；
4. 中英文书面及口头表达能力俱佳，有海外工作、学习经历或多语言沟通能力者优先。
5. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
6. Strong analytical and data processing capabilities; advanced proficiency in MS Excel; hands-on experience with Python or SQL is advantageous.
7. Demonstrates clear logical reasoning and strong cross-functional communication skills; ability to rapidly translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable analytical outputs.
8. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; candidates with international academic or professional experience, or multilingual proficiency, are preferred.
