Job Description Summary

Responsibility for global parts orders fulfilment (gas turbine, steam turbine, generator and associated auxiliaries), supporting all core P&L spare parts and other fulfillment needs for his/her defined PGS sub-regional customers, overall responsibility for OTR in a specified sub-region. The Services Regional Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive all key fulfillment metrics to meet all defined customer expectations in fulfillment
• Constantly explore customers’ needs and expectations, and drive the team’s accountability and their external focus
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all regional customer-facing orgs
• Lead a team, who interface with customers on a daily basis, ensuring fulfillment needs are met for orders and quarterly sales, cash, and margin targets
• Drive fulfillment processes among partner teams cross-functionally to support customer delivery expectations (engineering, procurement (internal & external), pricing, warehouses, Commercial and customer-facing org.)
• Voice of customer for escalations relating to orders
• Drive a culture of change; drive initiatives and projects for continuous improvements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Significant experience in order fulfillment, and customer service areas
• Knowledge & experience in international logistics and shipping requirements
• Proven track record of program management in developing, implementing, and managing process solutions to complex export-import related issues
• Fluent in English and in Hungarian

• Demonstrated people leader experience, excellent team leading skills, and ability to manage and motivate people in a global cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing and procurement operations is a plus
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to adapt to/drive change across a global team in a dynamic and challenging business environment
