Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Demand Fulfillment CL E2E professional to join our team in Nyíregyháza, Hungary. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer logistics and demand fulfillment processes, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory optimization, and timely delivery to meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for coordinating between multiple departments and stakeholders to streamline fulfillment operations and drive continuous process improvements.

• Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment processes, from order receipt through final delivery
• Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and logistics operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to optimize stock allocation and minimize fulfillment delays
• Monitor key performance metrics and generate analytical reports to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment issues and meet customer requirements
• Implement and maintain efficient fulfillment workflows and standard operating procedures
• Utilize data analysis to forecast demand patterns and support inventory planning decisions
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and fulfillment timelines
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and develop solutions to prevent recurring issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand fulfillment, supply chain operations, customer logistics, or related field
• Proven expertise in end-to-end order management and fulfillment processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Proficiency in inventory management and demand planning principles
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP ) and logistics management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with forecasting tools and supply chain optimization software (preferred)
• Knowledge of customer logistics best practices and fulfillment industry standards (preferred)
• Project management experience in supply chain or operations environment (preferred)
