Management Information System - Foreman, Network Field Operations

Perform and supervise installation/maintenance activities related to the physical network infrastructure at PTFI Jobsite; ensuring availability, reliability, safe and good performance in accordance with department and industry standards, customer requirements and company policy.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

1. Perform and supervise all cabling systems' operation and maintenance, installation of network equipment, surveillance cameras, special production equipment, mobile radios, and other telecommunication/network devices to ensure safe and proper operation.
2. Analyze MIS Global Call Center request, to be able to assess user needs accurately and aware of any urgent needs.
3. Implement all physical networking documentation (i.e. fiber optics, building cabling layout) to ensure all documentation is well maintained and current.
4. Ensure safety standards and procedures implementation within the work area to minimize incident and damage.
5. Train, develop, coach, and motivate subordinates in order to enhance their skills, knowledge and capabilities.

Minimum Education & Experience

• S1/bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same field.
• D3/Diploma Degree in Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering with a minimum 5 years of work experience in the same field.
• Technical High School with a minimum of 7 years of work in the same field.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

• Fiber optic systems, networking, telephony, TIA/EIA cabling standards and supervision.
• Good customer relationship skills and advanced interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (technical and conversational).
• Intermediate computer literacy.
