  • Dublin, Ireland
  • €65,000 – €90,000

About the team:
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in automated moderation technology and human review to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
The Regulatory Delivery and Transparency (RDT) function is the strategic partner for multiple TikTok departments such as Trust & Safety, Legal Compliance, Public Policy, and Communications where we create public-facing assets that increase understanding of TikTok's safety efforts.

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional to lead TikTok’s Trust & Safety Center translation and localization efforts. This role sits within the Transparency & Content Management team in RDT and will play a critical part in managing global localization workflows, supporting the publication of high-quality, multilingual content that reinforces TikTok’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and trust.
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison across global and cross-functional teams—including Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Communications, Legal, Engineering, and Product—driving coordination and consistency in the way we present transparency content across regions and languages. You will oversee the localization of reports, assets, and resources in multiple languages, support the rollout of new translation tools, and help shape the long-term strategy for scalable, high-impact global localization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end translation and localization requests for Trust & Safety Center content across languages and regional versions, serving as the primary liaison with the central localization team.
  • Coordinate localization efforts with global Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Comms, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Track and manage localization timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality publication of multilingual reports, webpages, and other public-facing content.
  • Operationalize scalable localization processes using internal translation and CMS tools.
  • Develop and document localization best practices, workflows, and tool usage.
  • Monitor and advocate for improvements to translation quality, consistency, and accuracy across regions.
  • Ensure alignment with regional language requirements, accessibility guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards for localized content.
  • Develop, maintain, and report success metrics and KPIs for the program.
  • Support broader program management needs to execute Content Management team priorities, including post-publishing quality checks, content governance, and other operational processes as needed.

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Experience in localization, translation program management, or multilingual content operations.
  • Proficiency with localization tools and Content Management Systems (CMS), with the ability to navigate and manage content across different platforms.
  • Proven experience managing a localization metrics strategy to measure performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven improvements across T&S safety and transparency properties.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Experience with website localization and managing translations at scale.
  • Familiarity with content governance, regulatory transparency, or policy reporting.
  • Working knowledge of web publishing platforms.
  • Prior experience supporting public policy, communications, or trust & safety organizations.
