Description
Scurri is looking for a self-sufficient, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to take complete ownership of our end-to-end recruitment process over a 10-week period.
Acting as the internal engine for talent attraction, this role is designed to deliver direct-hire results at agency speed, across varying areas of our business (including Marketing, Finance, Operations and Software Development).
Key Responsibilities
As the primary face of Scurri to prospective candidates, you will combine a sharp, polished candidate experience with an urgent, commercial mindset to keep our talent pipelines moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft engaging, aligned job adverts and manage active postings across Social Media, LinkedIn, and local/tech job boards.
- Proactively source candidates directly when required.
- Conduct initial telephone and video screening calls to evaluate technical suitabilities, cultural alignment, and candidate motivations.
- Manage the end-to-end interview schedule, liaising directly with internal hiring managers and candidates to ensure swift, efficient turnaround times.
- Present a mature, highly professional image of Scurri, maintaining proactive communication and feedback at all stages of the candidate journey.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strictly updated, manage offer details, and ensure smooth handoffs to the People team for onboarding.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment. Agency experience (or a strong blend of agency and in-house) is strongly preferred.
- Possesses a high sense of urgency, self-sufficiency, and drive to deliver direct hires without reliance on third-party agencies.
- Present professionally as an ambassador for Scurri's brand; comfortable conversing with candidates and hiring managers across all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong eye for detail in scheduling, tracking, and process execution.
- Exceptional communication skills - excellent written and spoken English
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to mastering new AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and automation frameworks to apply that knowledge for operational gains within this team
