Director of Finance

• Lead and develop a professional Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO while taking full hands-on ownership of all accounting aspects.
• Impact for excellence: Drive optimization, scaling, and AI implementation with a hands-on approach in our financial processes.

You Will

• Act as the company’s Controller: Full hands-on ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close processes (IL GAAP and US GAAP), and oversee core ongoing financial operations (AP, AR, billing, collections, cash flow management).
• Lead AI & Operational Excellence: Drive end-to-end efficiency across the entire finance function by embedding AI tools and automations into every workflow to make processes faster, leaner, and highly accurate.
• Direct the preparation and operational tracking of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure company compliance with all local and international tax requirements, government regulations, and reporting standards.
• Lead and guide the finance team professionally, setting high standards, effective processes, and ongoing feedback.
• Collaborate with company leadership and various business stakeholders as a trusted business partner, translating operational financial data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• CPA certification with Big-4 background.
• 5-7 years of financial experience, including in-house roles in small-to-medium tech companies.
• Proven experience in driving AI implementation and automation tools in finance workflows.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite, US GAAP, IL GAAP, Israeli tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven, with passion to influence and make an impact at all levels.
• Professional maturity and strong leadership skills, ability to act as a financial business partner for senior management.
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills, capable of delivering under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

It can be a great plus if you have:

• Experience in leading and managing a finance and bookkeeping team.
• Experience in the Ad-Tech industry or environment.
• Experience in supervising external service providers.
