UCT is looking for a talented CNC Technologist to join us in Israel!

The Engineer III leads advanced machining initiatives, applying deep expertise in CNC programming, process planning, and tool selection. This role ensures precision manufacturing through SolidCAM proficiency, blueprint interpretation, and adherence to ANSI, ISO, and GD&T standards. Collaborating across teams, the engineer drives technical projects, resolves production challenges, and implements Lean and Kaizen practices to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Scope of Position:

• Full-time position, five working days per week
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Occasional international travel may be required

Education:
Mechanical Engineering Practical Engineer (Technician)

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Practical and theoretical knowledge in machining processes, including process planning, tool selection, CNC programming, and process execution
• Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on milling experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machines
• Proficiency in writing CNC programs using G-code
• Full proficiency in SolidCAM or other CAM software
• Advantage: Experience in turning programming and technology
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings according to ANSI and ISO standards
• Good command of English for effective communication, including reading and understanding technical manuals
• Proven ability to lead technical projects on the production floor, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High motivation and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills
