• הובלה והוצאה לפועל של תהליכי שינוי טכנולוגיים ותהליכיים חדשים.
• אחראי על יצירה ושימור הקשרים להעברת יידע עם מפעלים אחרים או עם KCI בתחום הטכני.
• מתן פתרון תהליכי, שירות וסיוע לאסט לידרים בכל שעות היממה.
• אחריות על מעקב צריכות היתר ומציאת פתרונות לטיפול בהם.
• במסגרת התפקיד יתכנו תחומי אחריות נוספים שיתווספו בהמשך.

דרישות התפקיד:

• מהנדס מכונות/ חומרים או כימיה - חובה
• 2-3 שנות ניסיון בתעשייה כמהנדס תהליך/כמהנדס מכונות
• שליטה באנגלית רמה גבוהה של דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה - חובה
• שליטה ברמה גבוהה בתוכנות מחשב , עם דגש על תוכנות אופיס
• משרה מלאה א'-ה' , יתכנו קריאות ועבודה בימי שישי.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient manufacturing operations and achievement of production targets, including process and product quality, centerline compliance, operational efficiency, and effective troubleshooting capabilities across production teams.
• Manage daily process changes, including updating and maintaining centerlines and overseeing product changeovers.
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation and work instructions.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, including optimization of product changeovers, maintenance activities, operational routines, and manufacturing procedures.
• Provide professional leadership and guidance to Process Technicians and Process Specialists through coaching, training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Ensure proper execution and compliance with approved setup instructions and standards.
• Lead and implement new technological and process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing area.
• Establish and maintain knowledge-sharing relationships with other Kimberly-Clark facilities and technical stakeholders to support best-practice adoption.
• Provide process engineering expertise, technical support, and problem-solving assistance to Asset Leaders on a 24/7 basis, as required.
• Monitor material overconsumption and process losses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline – required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Fluent English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing – required.
• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Full-time position, Sunday through Thursday. Availability for occasional on-call support and Friday work, as business needs require.
