Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our AI Product Analytics team and lead the evolution of our BI and analytics solutions. Sitting at the intersection of data and product, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex product usage data into actionable insights that drive roadmap decisions. You will be responsible for defining product analytics standards, translating requirements from product managers into scalable data solutions, and mentoring the broader analytics team on BI best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous business questions into clear metric definitions and reporting solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in BI, mentoring analysts on best practices for dashboard design and data presentation.
• Establish and maintain company-wide KPI metrics, documentation, and certified catalogs to ensure high-quality and reliable data.
• Analyze product usage, user behavior, and feature performance to guide roadmap decisions and support AI-powered capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end BI projects independently, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment while taking full ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a BI, Product Analytics, or Data Analytics role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
• Expert-level SQL skills and solid data modeling intuition for complex analytical tasks.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end BI projects and taking complete ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for basic data manipulation, scripting, or analysis.
• Experience creating AI-assisted prompts or custom workflows for automated data tasks and analytics generation.
• Strong interest or proven experience in mentoring peers, setting visual standards, and leading analytics enablement efforts.
