Recruiter

Role :

• Proactively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
• Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular contact to create a strong talent pipeline
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
• Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices

Reports into :

Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Preferred BFSI hiring experience of 3 to 4 years
• Should have working exposure from BPO industry

Criteria :

Must be a Graduate

• Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
• Experience leading recruitment teams or managing large hiring projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
